New hawkers set up stalls along KMC's yellow line

The yellow line drawn along S N Banerjee Road has attracted new hawkers, hindering pedestrians' movement in vulnerable areas like Wellington and Janbazar. Some hotels and bars have put up planters to keep hawkers at bay. Illegal parking of bikes is also seen. Shopkeepers are keeping their wares at the yellow line-demarcated empty spots.
