Kolkata doctor rape-murder case: RG Kar ex-principal Sandip Ghosh refuses consent to CBI's narco analysis test

The CBI has approached the court for permission to conduct narco analysis on former principal Sandip Ghosh and a polygraph test on ex-Tala PS OC Abhijit Mandal. Both are involved in the rape-murder conspiracy of an R G Kar PGT doctor. The agency claims they were evasive during interrogation.
